Multiverse
Allows portals to have ip addresses and world names, when user enters the portal the game disconnects and connects to server or world.

Multiverse
This mod lets you register portals to connect to different worlds.
You can connect to local worlds using world|
You can connect to online servers using server|
Make sure there is some space around the portal on all sides so we can move the player slightly otherwise they will be stuck in the portal forever.
Make a multiverse!
