Server Character Whitelist
This mod makes the server whitelist character specific.
your players will need to tell you their character name, case sensitive!
Then you updated the permitted list with thier id and character name.
you can get their id from vacbanned.com or steamidfinder.com
syntax for editing permittedlist.txt
