This mod has two sets of config entries for the following behaviours:

not targeting players
not targeting buildings
not fleeing
never becoming alerted
starting tamed
fearing fire
avoiding fire

You can set these globally by setting the corresponding config variable to true.

You can set them per monster type by adding their spawn name to the corresponding comma-separated list, e.g.:

Greydwarf,Skeleton

The mod also has multipliers for the following variables:

sight range
sight angle
hearing range

Config

A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn.MonsterAITweaks.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod).

You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or in-game using the Config Manager(https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/740).

To reload the config from the config file, type monsteraitweaks reset into the game's console (F5).

Technical

To install this mod, the easiest way is to just use Vortex(https://www.nexusmods.com/about/vortex/), the Nexus Mods mod manager. It should take care of all dependencies.

To install manually, place the dll file in the BepInEx/plugins folder. You will need BepInEx.
