A BepInEx plugin for West of Loathing that applies the Comic Sans MS font to all Text objects. May work for other games too, but your milage will vary.
Available versions
Please note that the install buttons only work if you have compatible client software installed, such as the Thunderstore Mod Manager. Otherwise use the zip download links instead.
